Store Assistants for A. KJÆRBEDE's New Store in CPH Airport

Are you passionate about customer service and fashion? A. KJÆRBEDE is seeking dedicated and flexible Full-Time and Part-Time Store Assistants for our new airport store. We are looking for service-minded, outgoing individuals who can provide an exceptional shopping experience for travelers and contribute to our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Monitor and analyze stock keeping unit (SKU) performance to optimize sales.

  • Identify and improve potential areas of deficiency.

 

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.

  • Manage inventory effectively.

  • Oversee the receipt and return of goods.

  • Handle customer claims and returns professionally.

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in retail management or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about customer service.

  • Ability to maintain an organized and service-oriented environment.

  • Strong focus on achieving sales goals.

  • Fluent in both Danish and English. More languages are an advantage. 

  • Participating in store related events

Additional information:

Work hours will be scheduled together with you. Evening and weekend work will be required since it’s an airport store with opening hours from 6 am to 10 pm all year-round. Ideally, you will be able to join A. KJÆRBEDE in July. Interviews with candidates will be held continuously.
